Rod holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Montana. After receiving his undergraduate degree, he went to work for a national corporation where he quickly “climbed the corporate ladder.” After a few years in the corporate world and pursuing his dream of being an Olympic Athlete, Rod and his wife came back to this area to raise a family.
Prior to starting his coaching and consulting business, Rod spent twelve years utilizing his entrepreneurial spirit improving fund-raising results for a well established national non-profit organization. Rod was instrumental in helping to raise millions of dollars and improving thousands of lives. 
Improving others’ lives is a strong motivating force behind Rod’s dedication to business coaching.  Through his formal education and coupled with “the entrepreneurial school of hard knocks,” Rod has developed a keen understanding and appreciation for the concepts of Marketing, Sales, Leadership, Team building, Profitability, and Time Management.

Both Rod and his wife Nicole are extremely happy to be able to live and work in the same region in which they grew up. Each have spent time living in a bustling metropolitan area outside the area and have come to the conclusion that “there is no place like home.”

Nicole is currently the principal at Coffeen Elementary in Sheridan, Wyoming. The Trahans have two sons and a daughter that share their love of the outdoors and the many things the West has to offer.
